After Sacto, we hit the road to Chico then Oregon. These are our mascots, Almond and Javier. I don't think you can really see Javier. He's supposed to be a tiny cute Youtube character. Yes, they have one of those in Japan.
This is the inside of our Blue Mini-Van. For most of the trip, it was our home. We cleared out the middle seats and threw in a mattress and comforter. Hard to fit with all the merch we brought for the convention.
This was our first attempt at "outdoor urban cooking." We pulled to the side of a Win-Co, busted out a portable stove, and made some noodle soup.
Here's a picture of the action.
We also stopped in the city of Weed because we thought it was funny. We took a bunch of pictures of street signs that said weed because we are immature and giggle at things like that. We liked the Weed Bakery; they had a shirt that said "the city, not the ingredient."
On the road, we saw a full rainbow. I've never seen anything like it in my life. I don't think the photo does it justice. I swear we drove right to the end of it. Once we got there, it disappeared.
